The staff who can work, are working extremely hard to deal with patients contacting the practice

If the matter you ae contacting us about is not urgent and can wait, please call back another time

Please note we operate a Zero Tolerance policy with regards to rudeness towards our staff

Your co-operation & understanding of this situation is much appreciated

COVID VACCINATION INFORMATION

Patients aged between 12 and 15 are now able to book their vaccinations through the National Booking System

Patients who are immunosuppressed are currently being invited for a 4th COVID Vaccination.  You will be contacted if you fall into this category when your vaccination is due.  The vaccinations are being administered by appointment only at The Meres in Grantham

We will never contact you by email or ask for money when booking you in for a vaccine.  Please be vigilant. If you have any suspicions about your booking, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our team.

FLU VACCINATION PROGRAMME 2021-22

Please contact our Reception Team if you are eligible for a Flu Vaccination and have not yet been vaccinated.

You must have a booked appointment to attend for a vaccination.  If visiting the surgery for another consultation, you will be offered a flu vaccination during that appointment, if  you are eligible.

Please do NOT attend the surgery if you have symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days
