FLU VACCINATIONS 2020

Our Flu Vaccination campaign will be commencing in September 2020.  Due to COVID-19 we will not be able to operate non-appointment open clinics this year.  We are in the process of organising clinic dates.  If you fall into the at risk groups you will be contacted by one of our reception team who will book you into an appointment slot.  Only patients with a booked appointment will be allowed into the surgery during these clinics.

Vaccinations for patients over 65 years and in the at risk categories will be offered appointments from the end of week commencing 21st September 2020

Vaccinations for patients under 65 years and in the at risk categories will be offered appointments from week commencing 5th October 2020

We are awaiting further guidance with regards to patients aged 50-64 years who are not in the at risk categories.  Further information will be published on this website when available

Dispensary - Change in Opening Times

Please see attached notice regarding a temporary change in Dispensary opening hours until further notice.

Revised Dispensary Opening Hours

Due to the current Coronavirus situation, it is taking us longer to process prescription orders.  We therefore, ask that you give us up to 5 days notice, between ordering and collecting your medications. 

Increased Prescription Charges - Effective from 1st April 2020

 

  • Prescription (per item) £9.15
  • 3-month prepayment certificate (PPC): £29.65
  • 12-month prepayment certificate (PPC): £105.90

PAOur dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues.
